Dr. Athena — Co-Founder & Director

With over 20 years of experience as a GP, Dr. Athena has dedicated her medical career to supporting individuals and families through the full spectrum of health needs. Her work has given her a profound appreciation for the importance of safe, stable living environments — particularly for vulnerable members of the community.

Driven by genuine compassion and a desire to make a meaningful difference, Athena plays a key role in ensuring that every Propakaya property promotes wellbeing, safety, and long-term security. Her medical insight helps guide our mission to create homes that truly support independence and dignity.

Lawrence — Co-Founder & Director

As a parent raising a son with autism, Lawrence brings invaluable real-life experience to Propakaya. His journey through support systems, education pathways, and the search for appropriate accommodation has given him a deep understanding of the challenges many families face.

This lived experience fuels his commitment to providing safe, suitable, and thoughtfully designed homes for individuals with additional needs. Lawrence is passionate about ensuring that Supported Living accommodation is not only functional, but nurturing, empowering, and built with real understanding.
